The procedures used were those provided by statistics, starting with validity, reliability and normality tests.

Regarding the Organizational Climate variable, the data collection technique was the survey and the questionnaire was the instrument, while for the academic performance variable the document analysis technique and the transcription sheet instrument were used.

The main results were that regarding the organizational climate, it was obtained that 69.2% of the students perceive it as good, while 30.8% find it fair, but no one perceives it as bad. It was concluded that there is a significant positive relationship (P = 0.973) between the organizational climate and the academic performance of the students of the John Von Neumann Technological Higher Education Institute in Tacna, in 2020.
